The Employee Portal differs from the standard user portal. It is designed to allow employees to view and attest to organizational documents. Below are some screenshots illustrating the Employee Portal interface.
Employee Portal Dashboard
As shown below, the Employee Portal Dashboard presents documents in a card view, organized by document type. Each document card displays key details, including the category, document title, owner, and publication date. They can also search the title for the document they need in the search bar.
Employees can also switch to a list view by clicking the list icon at the top right of the screen. In list view, documents are similarly organized by category for easy navigation.

Employee Portal Task Centre
Employees can access all their attestation tasks in the Task Center, where tasks are organized by document type and can be filtered by status for easier tracking.
When an employee opens a task, they are prompted to review the document, read the task description, and review the attestation agreement. They can then choose to complete or reject the task. If they opt to reject, they must provide a comment explaining their decision.
Employee Profile and Support
Employees can edit their profile by clicking their name in the top right corner of the screen and selecting "My Profile."
Employees can also access the BoardX Support chat, just like all users in BoardX, by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen.
