How to Change Your Login Email

If you need to change the email address associated with your account, please note that you cannot do this through our platform's user interface. To ensure the security and integrity of your account information, email change requests are handled directly by our support team.

Why can't I change my email in the system?

We restrict the ability to change login emails through the front end to prevent unauthorised access and maintain the security of your account. This policy helps protect your personal and organizational data against potential security breaches.

How to Submit an Email Change Request:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team by emailing us at support@boadx.io or by sending us a message through our in-system chat bubble that appears on the bottom right of every page of your system

  2. Provide Necessary Information: Please include your current email address, the new email address you wish to use, and a brief reason for the change. This will help us process your request more quickly.

  3. Verification Process: Before making any changes, our support team will verify your identity and ownership of both email accounts. This may involve a few security questions or a request for documentation.

  4. Confirmation: Once your email address has been updated, you will receive a confirmation at your new email address. This ensures that the change has been successfully implemented.
