In BoardX, users are categorised into two main types: Regular Users and Employee Users (Lite Users).
Regular Users
Regular Users in BoardX are categorized into four specific account roles, each with unique responsibilities and access levels:
Owner: This is the pinnacle role within the organization. Owners have comprehensive control, allowing them to access, edit, and delete all features and assign all user roles throughout the platform.
Admin: Admins are key to managing critical system operations, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance. They possess rights like an Owner but are restricted from creating or deleting other admin users.
Member: Members have basic access to support their daily operational tasks and access to standard meeting and document functionalities. Additionally, members can be assigned admin rights for specific projects(such as becoming committee admins or policy owners—and administrative privileges can be granted for those areas).
GRC Admin: A Member granted GRC Admin rights will receive administrative privileges in specialized workspaces, including Policies and Contracts, Advanced Compliance, and Risk Management.
Observer: Observers have strictly read-only access, allowing them to view data and reports but not make any modifications.
Employee Users
Employee Users:
Employee – Standard users who carry out their work within the organization's systems but do not manage the system or oversee other users. They will be able to view the policies published to them and complete different types of tasks.
