When you are assigned as a signer for confirming previous meeting minutes by your administrator, you will receive a notification email from BoardX. Follow these steps to complete the signing process:
Access the Link: Click on "Sign Minutes" in the email.
If you are already logged in, the link will direct you to the minutes page. If not, please sign in and click the "Sign Minutes" link in the email again.
Open Signature Options: Once the minutes preview opens, click on "New Signature".
Create Your Signature: Choose to draw, type, or upload an image of your signature, then click "Create". Your mouse cursor will display the new signature.
Sign the Document: Scroll to the bottom of the minutes document and click "Sign here" to add your signature.
Save Changes: Click "Save Changes and Close" to finalize the signing process.
