Inter-Meeting Decisions allow you to review and vote on important issues between scheduled board meetings.

You will receive an email notification when you are added in as a voter. In this email, we will also inform you of the voting's start time.

We will then notify you via email once voting starts.

You will receive email notifications when:

  • You are added as a voter (with the voting start time).

  • Voting officially begins.

  • A closing reminder is sent (if enabled by the admin).

How to Vote

  1. Open the View link in your email notification.

  2. On the decision page, review:

    • The motion (what is being decided).

    • Any attached documents.

    • The proposer and seconder.

    • The countdown timer until voting closes.

    • Current vote counts (support, oppose, abstain).

  3. Cast your vote:

    • Approve

    • Reject

    • Abstain

  4. (Optional) Add a rationale to explain your choice. Only you and admins can view it.

  5. You can change your vote or edit your rationale any time before the vote officially closes.
