The BoardX mobile version allows board members to quickly access upcoming meetings, board packs, and inter-meeting decisions directly from their phones. You can view agendas, read and annotate board packs, cast votes, and switch between organisations — all in a simplified mobile experience. Some advanced features (like Document Centre and Task Centre) are only available on desktop, but everything you need for meeting preparation and decision-making is accessible on mobile.
Logging In
Go to app.boardx.io/sign-in
(Tip: bookmark this page for quick access)
Enter your email address → click Continue.
Enter your password.
You may save it on your mobile device.
To change your password, click Forgot your password? on this page.
Click Send verification code.
Enter the verification code.
Note: Sometimes keyboard suggestions on your phone may not be recognised. If the code fails, manually type it in.
After entering the correct code, you will be taken directly to your BoardX Home Page.
Home Page Overview
Meetings
Shows how many meetings you have scheduled for the current week.
Inter-Meeting Decision Square
Shows the number of open votes requiring your attention.
Dashboard (After clicks on Meetings)
Next Meetings
Displays your next three upcoming meetings across all committees and boards.
Tap Agenda to view the meeting agenda.
Tap Board Pack to view or download the board pack.
We strongly recommend viewing online for data security and ease of use.
Viewing & Annotating the Board Pack
Open the board pack.
Tap the outline icon to reveal the board pack outline.
Agenda items and their attachments appear here.
Attachments are listed in orange.
Tap any agenda item or attachment title to jump directly to that page.
Annotations (for upcoming meetings)
You can annotate your board pack using:
Highlight
Strikethrough
Underline
Squiggly line
Freehand drawing
Text box
Notes
Callouts
Notes are private — visible only to you.
When finished, tap Save Changes & Close.
Your saved notes sync across both mobile and desktop.
Inter-Meeting Decisions
From the home page, tap the Inter-Meeting Decision square.
You will see a list of decisions.
Filter by keyword, status, time period, or My Response Required.
For open votes, tap View & Vote.
You will see:
The motion
Proposer and seconder
Current voting breakdown: Support / Oppose / Abstain
Tap Cast Your Vote.
In the pop-up window, select Support, Oppose, or Abstain.
You may leave a personal rationale for your vote — visible only to you and admin users.
Tap Save.
Side Menu
Tap the three lines in the top-left corner.
You will see:
Your profile photo
Your name
Your account role
Your organisation name
If you belong to multiple organisations, you can switch between them using the dropdown.

Logging Out
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Log Out.
