The Board Management Dashboard is the landing page for the Board workspace. It's where you go to see what's coming up across every committee, jump straight into a meeting's Agenda or BoardPack, and browse past meetings by committee and year.

How to find it

When you sign in, you land on your Home page, where every workspace you have access to is shown as a tile — Board Workspace, Policy Workspace, Risk Workspace, and Compliance Workspace. The dashboards live inside their workspaces, so you can only see them once you've selected one.

Full size preview

To open the Board Management Dashboard, click the Board Workspace tile on your Home page, then click Dashboard in the left sidebar. To go to another workspace's dashboard, head back to Home and pick a different tile.

What's on the page

The dashboard has two main sections.

Next meetings

The top of the page highlights the meetings coming up soonest. Each meeting shows its title, the committee it belongs to (for example, Board, Finance Audit and Risk, AI Oversight), quick-access buttons for the Agenda and BoardPack, the attendees, and the date.

The Agenda and BoardPack buttons are clickable when those documents are ready — click straight into a meeting's prep materials without leaving the dashboard. If a button is greyed out, the document hasn't been published for that meeting yet.

Meetings by committee

Below the upcoming meetings, the rest of the dashboard groups every meeting on record by committee.

At the top of the section you'll find two filters — a User filter (defaults to Everyone for Admins) and a year filter (defaults to the current year) — so you can narrow the view.

Each committee shows a row with the committee name and a counter of how many meetings sit inside it.

Click a committee row to expand it and see every meeting in that group.

Each meeting row shows:

  • The meeting name and date.

  • An A icon for the Agenda — click to open.

  • A book icon for the BoardPack — click to open.

  • An M icon for the Minutes — click to open once they've been recorded.

  • Attendee avatars, with a +# badge if there are more than the row can show.

Icons are bolder when their document is published and greyed out when it isn't yet.

Switching views

In the top-right corner of the dashboard, you'll find:

  • Calendar — switch to a calendar view of meetings.

  • List — the default list view you see when you land on the page.

  • A + button to schedule a new meeting. This only appears if you're an Owner, Admin, or a Committee Admin — other roles see the dashboard without it.

When to use the Board Dashboard

Use the Board Management Dashboard at the start of your day or week to:

  • See what meetings are coming up and which committees they belong to.

  • Open the Agenda or BoardPack for a meeting you're about to attend.

  • Catch up on past meetings — review the Minutes from a recent committee session, or pull up an Agenda from earlier in the year.

  • Schedule a new meeting from the + button (if your role allows it — Owners, Admins, and Committee Admins).

For deeper workflows — managing Decisions, Projects, Reports, Tasks, People, or Committees — use the items further down in the left sidebar.
