Navigating to the Dashboard
Log in to the Board Workspace: Start by logging in to BoardX. .
Home Page Navigation: After logging in, navigate to the home page. From there, select the Board Workspace option. This will take you to the Meeting Management Workspace page.
Viewing Your Meetings
On the Workspace page, you will see a list of meetings you are invited to. These are categorised by the committees you are a member of. This organised structure helps you quickly locate the meetings relevant to you.
Accessing Meeting Documents
Agenda: To view the agenda for a meeting, click on the agenda icon. This will open the agenda documents directly on the platform.
BoardPack: Click on the BoardPack icon to access the compiled documents for the meeting. This allows you to review all relevant materials in one place. You also have the option to annotate on your BoardPack if the meeting is upcoming. All annotations are private to you.
Minutes: To view the meeting minutes, select the minutes icon. This provides you with a record of discussions and decisions made during previous meetings.
Reviewing Meeting Details and Attachments
If you want to dive deeper into a specific meeting:
Click on the meeting to open its dedicated meeting page.
From this page, you can:
Select Agenda, BoardPack, or Minutes from the options in the top right corner.
Alternatively, click on the corresponding icons, similar to the Workspace page.
Annotating a BoardPack:
When annotating you have a few options to pick from. Highlight, text, strikethrough, notes, etc.
All notes are searchable and filterable
All notes and comments can also be given a status
Downloading Documents
Under the agenda section, you will find the agenda documents. These can either be opened directly within the platform or downloaded to your local device for offline review. Downloaded files will typically be saved in your device’s Downloads folder.
