It is very simple for trustees to find their next meeting.
Log in your BoardX account. Your next (upcoming) meetings will be on the top part of the Dashboard page.
Click Agenda or BoardPack to view and take notes of them.
Click in the meeting of your choice.
You will see you meeting page.

All profile icons shown in the meetings are the meeting invitees. You will also be able to find the date, time, committee, location and meeting administrator of this meeting.
The meeting status is under the name of the meeting. (To better understand meeting status, please check the article Meeting Status. )
To access the agenda, boardpack and minutes of this meeting, click the relevant orange button on the right corner of the screen. If it is available for the trustees to view, click preview.
Now you will see the document in the BoardX PDF viewer.
